If you are intelligent enough, you should know these stuff don’t work. You either end up using that product and screwing yourself up, or you listen to others who bought the product and screwed themselves up.
There certainly are good ones out there too but very rarely will you find one that helps you stay lean for over a year while allowing you to actually enjoy your life. Did you know that your body can adapt to any routine within 4 to 5 weeks? Why wait that long and get disappointed?
It is simple logic that muscle burns fat. Have you seen muscular people getting fat easily? The more muscle you gain, the leaner you get quickly.
